Responsibilities & Context
- Facilitate ERP Implementation and provide support to all modules.
- Handling of day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of ERP data entry system to ensure accurate and timely data entry by users.
- Monitoring controlling, reporting and coordinating with different departments for ERP issues.
- Prepare, install, configure & setup and also provide extensive support to Switch, Routers, PC, Laptop, access point units, UPS related hardware and software issues.
- Hardware management, network management, software installation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation, server administration, server installation, and management of storage systems and server data backup system.
