Additional Requirements

Regularly monitor IT operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Design, implement, and manage large network infrastructure
Good knowledge of Mikrotik router and routing
Strong understanding of ERP modules, business processes, and workflow automation
Register employees’ fingerprints, facial recognition, or other biometric data into the system and manage access levels. Install, configure, and integrate biometric attendance machines with the organization’s network and software systems.
Handle network configuration for servers, workstations, and email accounts.
Perform daily data backups to secure storage. Manage Endpoint Security for endpoint protection.
Administer email servers, CCTV/IP cameras, PABX/IP-PBX systems, and biometric devices.
Ensure software functionality, troubleshoot errors and optimize performance. Perform troubleshooting for any problem of domain & hosting.
Maintain documentation for all development work. Monitor and maintain computer hardware, printers, telephones, photocopies, and interactive systems.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, network printers, and Android devices.
Maintain hardware inventory (with Purchase), software, and manuals. Conduct regular network and data security checks and system audits.
Identify and implement software and system updates. Manage Windows Server
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
