Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our IT department to ensure smooth IT operations across our Head Office, Factory, and associated units. The role involves hands-on responsibility for network infrastructure, user support, system administration, and asset management.

• Design and implement reliable network solutions for Head Office and Factory sites.
• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points (Ubiquiti, TP-Link).
• Manage and troubleshoot Mikrotik routers.
• Provide remote support to users at factory and remote locations.
• Service and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and usage reports based on user needs.
• Assist the procurement team in sourcing IT equipment and solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment supply and service delivery.
• Administer and maintain attendance servers for all concerns.
• Configure and manage NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems.
• Maintain email servers (Outlook & Zimbra) and provide user-level support.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate for repairs or replacements when necessary.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Skills Required: IT Support Service

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
