Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for increasing production efficiency with quality standards through developing the production processes.
- Ensure knitting production and find out machine-wise productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure knitting programs in logic ERP software.
- Ensure production plan according to the shipment date.
- Ensure yarn booking based on the R&D report and send to supply chain.
- Maintain outside knitting program and arrange in-house fabric according to plan.
- Ensure fabric in-house before batch.
- Fix up the knitting parameter as per R&D / with the help of dept. head
