Responsibilities & Context

(Only applicants with experience in industrial lubricant sales will be considered.)

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites and attend industry events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Marketing Strategy Develop and execute marketing plans to promote industrial lubricants, including advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Product Management Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.
  • Provide input on product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the product meets customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any sales performance issues.
