Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct regular visits to dealers, sub-dealers, and display centers to monitor operations and provide follow-up support.
  • Facilitate effective communication between dealers and stakeholders to optimize sales volumes and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for new dealerships and display centers in the market to expand business reach.
  • Strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote products within the Lub portfolio.
  • Evaluate sales performance against set targets and implement corrective measures as necessary to drive results.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports on sales, market share, achievements, and competitor activities.
  • Expand market share through targeted dealer engagement strategies and strong stakeholder relations.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships through proactive public interactions and personalized sales approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with dealers to drive sales growth and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Close sales by effectively addressing objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts in line with company policies.
  • Compile and analyze data to prepare insightful reports that inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute actively to team objectives by delivering on assigned tasks efficiently and supporting collective goals.
  • Monitor dealer collections closely and assist in ensuring timely payment confirmations to maintain financial health.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local associations and dealers to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational priorities and operational excellence.
