Job Context

Experience in footwear manufacturing companies will get preference. It’s a full-time job. The job location will be at the factory premises located at Hotapara, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate is to be experienced in working with reputed European/American Footwear buyers.
Candidates having experience working with H&M and Zara Inditex will get preference.
To manage all the annual and seasonal targets of orders from related buyers.
The candidate must be able to manage the buyer from initial business communication to shipment.
Candidates must ensure solid costing experience and good negotiation skills to fix the final price.
Order management files have to be maintained daily.
To ensure that every order complies with the buyer’s requirements and to confirm the shoe delivery date.
To generate BOM (Bill of Materials) for individual order sheets.
Candidates will get a preference for shoe ERP knowledge and practical experience.
Responsible for Sample query, CBD sheet, and order sheet for individual articles and orders in the ERP system.
To ensure good communication with the buyers and material suppliers to meet buyer requirements & to ensure cross-functional activities with the R&D, planning, and SCM team members.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
