Responsibilities & Context
- Define and analyze current process maps, collaborate with stakeholders to design new business processes, and stay updated on industry practices.
- Prepare Configuration Blueprints, Customization Designs, and report layouts; configure software as per business needs, and understand software capabilities and settings.
- Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and document new work procedures.
- Simulate processes and systems, develop and execute test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, identify improvement opportunities, and document software gaps and project issues.
- Support end-users post go-live, and plan and execute data conversion.
