Field Force Support: Track and validate field sales activities, attendance, journey plans, and call reports; escalate any issues requiring resolution.
Supervising & monitoring of all kinds of sales-related jobs of the company and taking appropriate measures in a timely manner.
Identifying the problems and reporting to the respective department and Top management timely.
Serve as the first point of contact for sales-related inquiries, complaints, and returns; document feedback and follow up to resolution.
Generate daily/weekly order fulfillment and collection status summaries.
Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Monitor sales metrics (i.e., monthly, quarterly, periodic results, and annual forecasts).
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Any other jobs assigned by the senior management officials

Experience in sales automation, field work, candidate who knows ctg market will get preference

Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English speaking and Writing

Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual
