Responsibilities & Context
- Must be able to work independently with Bank/Chamber of Commerce/Other related govt/Private organization etc.
- Ensure smooth operation of all import (Local & Foreign) related tasks.
- Ensure proper monitoring of all kinds of Letter of Credit (L/C- Local ,Foreign)/Open Account transaction.
- Able to communicate with the Suppliers Freight forwarding agencies, Shipping Lines, Financial Organizations, Audit Farm and other related govt/private organizations .
- Must have knowledge of L/C rules and regulations, i.e. UCP-600, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines of Foreign Exchange Transactions, IPO etc.
- Ability to communicate both Verbally and written in English and Bangla with Suppliers/Bank/Custom and other related organizations.
- Supervising Landed cost of all import commodities and report to the management.
