Job Context:
Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. MGI is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join the team as an Executive/Sr. Executive, focusing on the PP Module. In this pivotal role, the individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing the PP Module operations. Reporting directly to the functional head, the individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the module and contributing significantly to organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain master data related to the Production Planning/Plant Maintenance module to ensure accuracy and consistency in planning processes.
- Study the existing processes in manufacturing industries (AS-IS processes) to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the Production Planning module.
- Identify and document business process requirements in the Production Planning module, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct unit and integration testing of the Production Planning module to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth functionality and integration with other modules.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand and can effectively use the Production Planning module as per organizational requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, issues, and concerns related to the Production Planning module to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Assist in the implementation of the Production Planning module, working closely with the implementation team to ensure successful integration and functionality.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing Production Planning module performance, key metrics, and process efficiency for management review.
