Responsibilities & Context
Context
This is a full-time position for international purchase, LC handling and Sourcing. We are looking for individuals who can think laterally and possess a sound understanding of international purchases. Please read carefully before applying for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Order placing according to demand & communication with the supplier.
LC opening procedure & checking with shipping Doc.
Ensure the Supplier LC payment & settlement.
Contact with Freight Forwarder for shipment & CNF for customs issues.
Maintain database of all the consignments & proper input to ERP soft.
Proper costing for each shipment.
Contact with shipper for Documentation & shipping Doc. sent by the Banking Channel., after need to endorse the shipping Doc. and send them to CNF for customs clearance.
Insurance bills, CNF bills & Freight Forwarder bills need to audit each and every consignment.
Follow up the shortage of goods by ERP soft & make orders accordingly.
Budget forecasting by month & Yearly, how many goods are needed according to the Marketing Team & meeting with their demand.
Sourcing new suppliers.
Willing to work on any task assign by the Management.
