Additional Requirements

• Preferably 5-7 years of hands-on working experience in Frozen food/Ice-cream industries is a must
• Candidate with certified training on ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/GLP/BRC/HALAL and other food safety from local/abroad will get preference
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work in plant and travel as required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare specifications for raw materials & packaging materials and assist the supply chain team in selecting appropriate options

• Support the procurement process for production-related equipment and contribute to the development of production processes

• Develop products and packaging in accordance with company standards and the regulatory requirements of importing countries

• Create QC and production-related SOPs and study statutory requirements related to food packaging.

• Prepare production plans based on sales demand, including requisitions for raw & packaging materials and plan for manpower accordingly

• Maintain daily inventory records of raw materials, finished goods and generate production reports.

• Ensure adherence to production-related SOPs, HACCP, ISO-22000 standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
