Job Context: As part of the Marketing Operations Department, you are expected to develop and enforce quality standards for real estate products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry regulations while continually seeking opportunities for improvement and resolving quality issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure Real Estate Industry standards;
- Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure that Real Estate products and services are functional, reliable, and meet customer requirements;
- Ensure Real Estate products and services comply with industry regulations and standards;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the quality and efficiency of products and services;
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality improvement measures;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes;
- Collaborate with customer support team to address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries related to product quality.
