Responsibilities & Context
- Promote and maintain FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP guidelines throughout the overall production process.
- Handling of market complaints.
- Handling of artwork (label development).
- Construct review flow chart and conduct hazard analysis.
- Ensure all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
- Conduction of internal audit (GMP, FSMS, QMS, HALAL, BRC, HACCP) control of documents & record.
- Practicing mock recall and product traceability.
- Management of retention sample & reference sample archive and monitoring activity.
- Review of pest control activity.
- Other tasks assigned by the team.
