Requirements

Education

Job Responsibilites:

  • Able to Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies independently to attract top-tier candidates (Staff & worker).
  • Must have deep Knowledge on BLA-2006, BLR-2015, Leather & Footwear Gazette-2020
  • Ensure all Personnel files are comprehensively updated with leave register, service books and all relavent documents.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Post Job advertisement on BD jobs, internal notice board and other relevant places.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, social media, networking events, and industry contacts, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including resume screening, initial interviews, and competency assessments and facilitate the interview process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
