Responsibilities & Context
To manage, generate and maximize the revenue through effective Sales & Services to the existing clients and identification of prospective clients. To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities. To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with Client Account Manager to expand the business operations. To regularly visit existing clients validating our service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams. To act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally within TSL and externally with all the applicable parties. To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients. Provide yield and volume analysis Forecast the needs in low and peak seasons
