Job Responsibilities:

Candidates with experience in Real Estate sector will be given preference.
Must be able to meet his own Targets.
Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and Presentation Products.
Must be able to develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to compete in the fast-changing Market scenarios and challenges.
Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management support of the marketing function.
Regular visit at corp. Office, business houses, shopping mall, market etc.
Providing management with relevant information for policy decisions.
Must be honest and intelligent.
Routine effective follow-up.
Continuous communication with the clients and Provide the product information to all.
Market Mapping and create client database.
Create reference customer through current customer and clients.
Report to supervisor for any programs and achieving sales targets.
