- Experience in Sales & Marketing- Fish Feed, Poultry Feed & Cattle Feed.
- The candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
- Good leadership, execution skills and can-do attitude & able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Operations include Cattle Feed Dealer, Cattle Farm, Cattle Farm visit to expand Cattle feed sales.
- Operations include Poultry Feed Dealer, Poultry Farm, Poultry Farm visit to expand Poultry feed sales.
- Operations include Fish Feed Dealer, Fish Farm, Fish Farm visit to expand Fish feed sales
- Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
- Advise farm owners about general care, feed use at the farm. Searching and expansion of new markets.
- Achieving area/regional/divisional sales and recovery as per the target set out by the company.
- Searching and expansion of new markets.
- Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
- Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
- Any other task given by the management
