- Candidate must have good experience in sales and marketing of central and VRF air conditioning systems.
- Computer Skill, Communication Skill, Customer relationship Skill.
- Candidate with Driving License (Motorcycle) will have advantage.
- Willing to work with target, in pressure, with challenge.
- For marketing- need to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context
- Implement marketing and sales strategy of the air conditioning products and systems.
- Actively search, develop and engage in new customer relationships to expand the market share.
- Develop sustainable long-term relationships with clients, customers and distributors.
- Set sales target and plan accordingly to take initiatives to achieve the target yearly.
- Visit market for new requirements, meet clients on regular basis, preparing proposals, submit proposal, attend meeting, winning project competing with others.
- Prepare log book to record yearly requirements in the market, forecast next year requirements, etc.
