Computer literacy is must (MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, social media & E-mail operation).
Fairly good in written & spoken English as well as Bengali.
Requirement can be relaxed for deserving candidates.

Knowledgeable Real Estate business and present market scenario.
Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.
Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
Arrange meetings and project visits for the clients.
Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
Capable to handle customer strongly and independently.
Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
Must have knowledge to do the team work, should be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
Any other task assigned by Management
