Responsibilities & Context

RONGDHANU GROUP, A leading business conglomerate of the country is going to hire “Executive – Sales & Marketing”(Male-10 & Female-10) for its renowned concern “Rongdhanu Builders Limited”, who has experience in the Bangladesh real estate industry. Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market scenario.
• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Must be self- motivated and dynamic.
• Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
• Corporate sales planning and implementation.
• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
• To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
• Computer and English knowledge is the must Any other task assigned by Management
