Promote and manage sales & marketing activities for yarn dyeing.
Build strong relationships with buyers and follow up on sample development.
Coordinate job-swatch collection, lab dip submission, and sample delivery.
Handle commercial tasks: Job PI submission, LC document collection, and booking follow-up.
Cross-check L/C details with the commercial team.
Communicate with buyers via email and phone, and manage customer relationships.
Take initiatives to increase sales and secure new orders.
Provide customer support and assist in resolving payment issues.
Monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage order-wise yarn receipt and delivery.
Search for new clients and update on business development.
