Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Blessing Homes Ltd. is one of the promising real estate development companies in Bangladesh, specializing in developing exclusive apartment complexes in prime locations of Dhaka city. It’s now looking for some young, dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive. The basic role will be discussing key selling points, selling apartments, and commercial space, visiting prospective clients, accompanying clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bringing customers to companies various projects.
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive Monthly targets.
  • Influences communicate, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • To communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media & email.
  • To maintain healthy relationships with existing customers.
  • To create a solid database of prospective customers.
  • Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.
  • Report to the team leader when & where required.
  • To visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.
  • To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
  • Focus on how to promote more sales.
  • Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials’ formalities i.e.- Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
  • Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
