Responsibilities & Context

• The candidate has to automate sales through digital transformation of retail order collection from paper pencil method to mobile application-based method.
• He has to implement the automation and train the process to a team of SR, TSM and Distributor Employment Status.
• Ensure accurate data entry and consistent use of MIS systems to track and manage sales data.
• Use data insights to recommend improvements in sales strategies, processes, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams, and IT for the continuous improvement of the sales automation process.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation tools.
