Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify new customers and make regular communication with current customers.
- Prepare price quote with the management approval and share business proposal to meet client’s requirement.
- Issue Proforma Invoice (PI) as per client’s requirement and follow up PI until L/C received
- Confirm sales order and prepare delivery schedule according to Client’s requirement.
- Follow up with commercial team on payment documents (1st & 2nd Acceptance).
- Ensure all sales related documentation in a proper filing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team target.
- Analyze the sample and select company products from our existing portfolio to present the customer.
- Identify new customers and make regular communication with current customers.
- Collect market feedback and gather information from clients on prospects and update supervisor accordingly.
- Contribute to increasing company brand image in the textile industry.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report (delivery report, sales report, PI issue report, payment collection report etc.)

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
