Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s degree / BBA / MBA in Marketing from any reputed university Preference:
B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile Technology will be highly valued.
Experience in Denim & Knit Fabric Sales & Marketing.
Experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong network/relationship with RMG factory commercial teams, merchandisers, and buying house professionals.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Executive who has solid experience in selling and marketing all kinds of Denim and Knit fabrics. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with buying houses, RMG factories, and local garments manufacturers to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for both Denim and Knit fabrics in the local RMG sector and buying houses.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and regularly follow up for repeat orders.
Promote various fabric types, configurations, GSM, and weaves to prospective buyers.
Understand buyers’ technical specifications (composition, construction, wash requirements for denim) and coordinate with the production/R&D team to deliver exact samples.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and price movements to adjust sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure timely payment collection from clients after successful product delivery.
