Responsibilities & Context
- Design and deliver training programs on pharmaceutical products, sales techniques, and therapeutic knowledge to enhance the capability of the sales team.
- Conduct soft skills and behavioral training sessions to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with business leaders, sales managers, and the medical affairs team to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and digital learning resources aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new sales recruits to ensure smooth integration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking, and support field coaching initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ACI’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices in all training activities.
- Maintain accurate training databases, reports, and documentation for management review and decision-making.
