Responsibilities & Context

To support this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Executive/Sr Executive- T&D department to lead our training and quality assurance initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning our training programs with the company’s goals, ensuring our services consistently meet and exceed established quality standards.

• Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized developments.
• Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
• Ensuring that a company’s services meet established quality standards.
• Designing and implementing testing plans for relevant services and company business.
• Identifying issues that may affect service quality.
• Coordinating with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide training accordingly.
• Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with quality service standards.
• Evaluating customer feedback and implementing changes for service improvements.
• Review quality testing procedures, identify issues, ensure corrective measures, and provide recommendations to enhance quality services and provide training.
• Create and maintain training records and reports.
