Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver management.
- Maintain vehicle/driver movement, fuel usage, repairs, and BRTA documentation registers.
- Plan and manage shift truck operations and ensure accurate trip records in the ERP system.
- Address driver issues during trips related to delivery routes.
- Verify and process bills for fuel, labor, and driver overtime.
- Communicate with department heads as required.
