Zayaan Tours & Travels is looking for eligible and deserving candidates for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive-Reservation & Ticketing.
Airline Ticketing & Reservation: Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Travelport, Saber & Amadeus), Product knowledge, Fare computation, Customer Service, Modifications and Processes cancellations of reservations.
Sell Tickets and Reservations. Creating market opportunity, Market Visit, Client hunting, Meet-up the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
Providing visa (Visa Processing) and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
Visa application procedure Interpret IATA regulations & Conversant with IATA portal. All other duties as directed by the Management.
