Additional Requirements

Manage and direct the daily activities of the wet processing production team for denim garments, including work assignments, scheduling, performance management, and training.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine standard operating procedures, quality control measures, and safety protocols for all wet processing operations, such as stonewashing, bleaching, enzyme washing, and garment dyeing.
Analyze production data and KPIs, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to optimize output, yield, and resource utilization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product development, quality, and other departments to resolve wet processing-related problems and ensure alignment with product specifications.
Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance wet processing capabilities, productivity, sustainability, and environmental impact.
Forecast resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, chemicals, and supplies, to support wet processing needs and align with production schedules.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies related to denim garment manufacturing.
Provide technical training and development for production staff to maintain and upgrade skillsets in modern wet processing techniques.
