  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Brick, Steel

• Proven Experience in Store Management will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Must maintain inventory of maintenance store by using ERP Software.
• Prepare weekly/monthly Raw materials receiving & consumption statement & report to the concern,
• Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items.
• Process & forward the requisition to the concerned for approved as per SOP
• Manage storage space for large items & their movement in the unit,
• Allocate suitable scrap storage area for unloading, after due weighting & recording.
• Monitoring chemical & Raw materials issue to production department.
• Monitoring Imported Materials receiving & issue as per SOP.
• Generate GRN (Goods Received Note) raise PR (Purchase Requisition) as per monthly planning.
• Prepare internal requisition (IR)/internal sales order (ISO)/Delivery Challan (OD)
