Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives.
- Source and procure raw materials, supplies and services internationally.
- Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
