Additional Requirements

Specific knowledge of the Product (Cement) including raw material, production process, and application on concrete & concrete norms as per BDS, EN, and ASTM. Knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and RCC design.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide expertise, technical services, and training on the application of cement on concrete to customers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and record the tests of competitors’ brands in concrete to find out the competitive advantage for the company and develop marginal gains of our product.·
• Provide technical support for specific customers with special & big projects.
• Complaint handling in respective areas and if needed to near areas outside the assigned job location.
• Maintain Relationships with key influencers (e.g., consultant engineers, contractors) in respective areas.
• To lead, engage, empower, coach, inspire, train, educate, and develop the team members.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and environmental policy requirements are strictly fulfilled.
• Ensure compliance with country laws, and regulations in company activities, Group and company policies, guidelines/standards like prevention of corruption, competition law, Human rights, etc. and implement company cultural & leadership principles.
• Any other relevant tasks(as maybe) assigned by the superior as and when required.
