Responsibilities & Context
Govt. Body Enlistment: Identify and initiate processes for enlistment of white cement and mosaic stone chips with government construction authorities- RHD, PWD, RAJUK LGED, WDB, WASA, PDB, Railway so on.
Builder/Developer Outreach: Establish relationships with top builders, developers, and real estate companies to promote product enlistment and approval.
Technical Presentations: Conduct technical presentations and product briefings for architects, civil consultants, and government engineers.
Specification Inclusion: Ensure inclusion of white cement and mosaic chips in BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.
Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary compliance documents, test reports, and certificates required for enlistment and technical approval.
Site Visit & Product Demo: Coordinate site visits and on-site demonstrations for engineers and decision-makers to showcase product performance.
Sample Testing & Follow-Up: Facilitate product sampling and testing with recognized labs or institutions for certification and approval.
Database and Tracker Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date database of enlisted bodies, application status, and key contacts for regular follow-up.
Technical Support: Act as the technical liaison to resolve queries, provide application guidance, and offer post-enlistment support.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor enlistments, and project opportunities to drive strategic actions.
