Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible to answer calls and respond to emails
- Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email or any
- Responsible to research required information using available resources; different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team
- Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer
- Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP
- Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information
- Responsible to identify and escalate priority issues
- Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management
