Responsibilities & Context
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team to address customer queries and schedule site visits.
- Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer trends and suggestions for service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
