Previous experience leading a telesales team or mentoring junior sales representatives.
Demonstrated ability to engage with potential clients over the phone, handle objections, and close deals.

Lead a team of telesales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive success.
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities, introduce Odoo ERP solutions, and discuss client needs in-depth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Effectively communicate the value of Odoo ERP solutions, tailoring messaging to various industries and business needs.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including lead conversion rates, call productivity, and sales funnel progress.
Manage customer data and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
