  • Bachelor of Business Administration / Commerce from a reputed university will be an added advantage.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. Candidates having prior work experience in agencies may get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Analyze market trends, coordinate branding activities, and manage event logistics to drive business growth. Ensure efficient vendor coordination, inventory management, and compliance with policies and regulations for effective sales and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market/industry trends, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assisting in planning and drafting outdoor branding activities including area-wise branding requirements, budget compilation, and execution of the outdoor branding activities (including Billboards, etc.) as per plan.
  • Manage, coordinate, track, and update the meet events calendar and monthly Market Information sharing and reporting.
  • Coordination of all vendors/service providers with respect to events (local/international tours and demand generation programs), POSM/Billboards etc.
  • Organize, distribute, and manage stocks/inventories of promotional gift items and other materials and related reporting at regular intervals.
  • Checking PR vs PO vs Bill.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and environmental policy requirements are strictly fulfilled.
  • Ensure compliance with country laws, and regulations in company activities, Group and company policies, guidelines/standards like prevention of corruption, competition law, Human rights, etc. and implement company cultural & leadership principles.
  • Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.
