Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC (BSH), a leading healthcare institution, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive – Training & Development to join our dynamic Training Department. The Training Department, operating as an independent unit under the Operations division, is instrumental in enhancing the professional growth of our team through comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Training Manager in planning, organizing, and executing training programs and events.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the training department, including coordination of schedules, logistics, and resources.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the in-house training venue, preparing materials and equipment for various sessions.

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback for reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with internal departments to identify training needs and support the development of customized training initiatives.
• Provide on-site support during training sessions to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve training processes and efficiency.
• Evaluation of training outcome.
• Perform any other tasks is assigned by the Management.
