- Well conversant with computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).

Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CFO as a member of the senior management team.
- Overall planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related issues of the company.
- It will include specific responsibility for accounting, finance, costing, strategic planning, contract analysis and negotiations, investment, all VAT taxation and treasury functions.
- Applicant must be capable of maintaining the entire accounts & finance of the company including banking functions and Re-conciliation .
- Sound knowledge of core Risk of financial institutions e.g. Credit Risk, Asset liabilities manage Risk, ICC Risk and ICT Risk etc.
- Well knowledge about IDRA Guide Line Company Act, Bank companies Act, Financial institutions Act and related Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
- Assist in formulating company’s future financial plan and supporting financial activities.
- Manage the fund requested budgeting process.
- Capable of budget preparation.
- Having well knowledge regarding DCS, DES and branch accounts system.
- Having knowledge about cash management of overall company.
- Prepared quarterly & annual financial report and submitting to the CFO.
- Develop internal control policies and effective accounting system.
- Have to perform as software voucher checking with ledger.
- Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the management.
Job Location: Head office in Dhaka.
