Responsibilities & Context

• Airlines ticketing & reservation: Creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travel port/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.

• Assist visa processing.

• Provide fare quotations and pricing to the customers.

• Creating market opportunities, client hunting.

• Meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target.

• Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.

• Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update the reservation team and others accordingly.

• Providing visas and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.

• Interpret IATA regulations and be conversant with the IATA portal.

• Other work assigned by Management.
