Oversee all aspects of the Japanese visa and immigration service and ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
Must administer the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the school/ government/ embassy/ immigration.
All of the documents submitted by the students are thoroughly checked and verified and prepared other documents if necessary.
Prepare all documents’ sample and communicate school/college/university requirements to students, colleagues or authorities.
Maintain strong working relationships with all students and colleagues.
Able to help the students to prepare relevant documents and constantly monitor documents’ status to meet-up submission dead line.
Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Maintain records of students’ documentation.
