Job Context
Warehouse Executive supervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers. They also manage warehouse staff, which includes ensuring that they are working safely.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders.
- Training, supervising and appraising staff.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Devising and monitoring rotes for staff.
- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
- Administering stock control.
- Ensuring lighter vessel receiving & stock quantity as per scheduled distribution.
- Ensuring unloading process & proper stock keeping in a timely manner.
- Ensure on-time delivery & labor for the proper flow of delivery.
- Properly calculate closing stock & settle if any shortage is found.
- Comply with operation policies & procedures.
- Prepare reports like Delivery Report, Collection Report, and Stock Report.
