Responsibilities & Context

• Collect fabric/accessories in-house plan from the Head of Planning.️
• Review PO sheet & delivery dates.️
• Prepare Monthly & Weekly Line Plans.️
• Develop alternative plans for line feeding or urgent requirements.️
• Provide production plans to the concerned team.️
• Track and report on TOD, HOD and FRI.️ Implement corrective action plans based on previous day’s production.️
• Check Line Balance & take necessary steps for WIP status in cutting, sewing, finishing & packing.️
• Generate reports on Line Plan achievement & Plan vs. Actual production.️ Monitor fabric & accessories status.️
• Follow up on sample approvals with CS comments.️
• Oversee size set making & cutting section input control.️
• Ensure finishing as per inspection date requirements.️
• Maintain email communication with the Head of Planning.️
• Ensure line balancing through layout, time & motion study for all styles.
