Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tech Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the Bangladesh technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive sales, develop client relationships, and deliver customized technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within the Bangladesh market, offering technology solutions that align with local business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities, focusing on technology solutions such as software, hardware, and IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique business challenges and providing tailored technology solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients, ensuring alignment with their technical requirements and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to deliver optimal customer solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in Bangladesh, adapting strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management on a regular basis.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set for the region.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure long-term client retention.
