- Strong expertise in Python & Django framework.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Laravel.
- Proven track record of AI-powered application development.
- Strong background in NLP, API integration, and cloud deployments.
- Ability to work independently, manage client needs, and make decisions confidently

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer / Full-Stack Python Developer to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML model development, full-stack web frameworks, and client-facing project delivery.
This role requires an individual who can work independently, make informed decisions, and deliver results without constant supervision.
Work Hours: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Joining Date: Immediate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models for production.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs (Flask, FastAPI, Django REST Framework).
- Design scalable end-to-end Python solutions.
- Work on NLP pipelines using Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, etc.
- Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into real-world applications.
- Develop chatbots for both web and voice interfaces.
- Deploy AI systems to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage MLOps workflows.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver independently.
