  Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in email writing and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling:Provide A-to-Z guidance for study abroad processes in the USA, Canada, Australia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, and European countries.
• Assist students with application procedures, visa processes, and university admissions.

Communication:

Expert in email communication with universities, students, and stakeholders.Handle international meetings professionally, including virtual and face-to-face discussions.

Office Management:

• Manage day-to-day office activities efficiently.
• Supervise and guide junior counselors and staff.

Client Relationship:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with a professional approach.

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop strategies for expanding the client base.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with international universities and institutions.
