Responsibilities & Context

If storytelling through visuals is your passion, if you think in transitions, hooks, and sequences, and if you understand how to make a video magnetic from start to finish, then this is for you!

• We are looking for a highly skilled, highly creative video editor who knows how to make visuals speak.
• What You’ll Be Doing:
• Voice & Visual Hooked Editing. Your edits should stop the scroll & keep viewers engaged till the end.
• Magnetic Sequences & Storytelling. You should know how to create moments that stick.
• Trending Shorts, Reels & Podcast Edits. Must understand what works, why it works & how to execute it.
• Marketing-Driven Editing (Your videos should align with audience psychology & content goals.)
• Heavy Lifting. Be ready to turn raw footage into highly engaging, high-quality final edits (17-20 mins/month).

Location: Uttara 4, Dhaka 1230

Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM (Friday Off)

Work Environment: Calm, focused & built for high-level creativity.
